it's such an uncomfortable feeling in my mouth.. i have four brackets attached to my teeth that it's making me feel as though my teeth are suffocating.. i just feel like pulling these brackets off my teeth.. argh.. 7 months and still counting.. somehow i am already counting and dreaming of the day i'm taking them off.. one tip, dreaming doesn't help.. -_-
and i just have to add.. what made this dental appoinment worse? i can't eat properly.. i can't chew and enjoy my food cause its painful.. these brackets are just going to be the reasons why i am going to lose more weight.. arghh..
